Extra Large 30x18 Inch Cutting Board with Juice Groove (30"L x 18"W / White)

Key Features

• HUGE XL SIZE – Massive 30 x 18 cutting board is great for BBQs, carving meats, processing game, fishing and food service. Half inch thick plastic is solid, durable and sturdy for reliable use in the kitchen or outside.
• CARVING JUICE GROOVE - Helps prevent mess counters with a deep grooved channel that holds liquids and trimmings when cutting meats and carving turkey roasts, ribs and BBQ. The drip well can also be used to hold juices for gravy and stock.
• LARGE SIZE WARNING – The biggest complaint is that this cutting board is too big and too heavy (the board weighs 10 pounds). It will NOT fit in dishwashers and can be difficult to wash. Please measure out 30" in your kitchen to see if it fits first.
• PROFESSIONAL QUALITY - Made from high density polyethylene (HDPE), our plastic cutting boards are long lasting and warp resistant. All Thirteen Chef plastic cutting boards are rated for commercial dishwashers and NSF stamped for food service use.
• THIRTEEN CHEFS - We are an American company with decades of experience in food service. Our products are used in restaurants, commercial and home kitchens across the country. We take pride in offering premium kitchen wares that are designed to last and provide great value for professional and casual chefs.
